The design of the deck included a section that wrapped around a large oak tree and due to unforeseen problems with the tree, the design needed to be revised during the building the process. SUBJECT: letter of Testimony On June 11, 2008 my wire and I met with Brent Frenchak, President of Texas Construction & Remodeling Management, Inc. at our house to discuss the need for an arbor over our patio. We advised Brent of what we had in mind and then various options were explained. The measurements were taken and a final plan was made to include the cost of the project. It was also agreed that the lumber would be stained prior to the construction phase. After obtaining approval from the Homeowners Association which they took care of, a starting date was arrived upon and the lumber delivery occurred on that date. The construction crew headed by Chad arrived on that same date and the pre-cutting of the lumber was completed. A few days of inclement weather caused a delay in the staining of the lumber which then had to be allowed to dry before the co nst ruct ion started. I was kept informed by Sharon from their office almost on a daily basis regarding these delays. She a

Dear Mr. Frenchak: I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with our experience working with your company, Texas Construction and Remodeling Management, Inc, in the construction of our 484 square foot deck. TCRM completed the installation ofa new deck, arbor, a small privacy wall, and 8-foot dining octagon on April 9,2010. We were impressed by your hones ty when you assessed the condition of our current deck, as you said the footings were stable enough to be used for the new construction. You were also able to design a more useable outdoor space for our home, taking into account both the layout of our yard, and accommodating for typical Homeowner's Associa tion concerns. Thus, the paperwork for the HOA permits was approved without any problems. Finally, your workers were respectful, working hard each day, making no demands on our home. We both work from home, and I have a small child with me all day, and the work outside did not interfere with our daily routine inside.
