How We Charge For Our Services

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour
- $400.00 to $600.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- $200.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
