The typical cost for a home mold inspection is $300 and samples cost $75 (including lab analysis by a state licensed lab). Our 27+ years of mold investigation experience allows us to effectively and economically evaluate your mold issues.

Broad Based Medical Grade Disinfection Fogging

We offer the exact same disinfection method (solution and equipment) used by hospitals for infection control - an ultra fine fog of 5% hydrogen peroxide with .01% ionic silver. This EPA registered product can reach all nooks and crannies to surface disinfect rooms and their contents. Economical and only a 2 hour non-occupancy time. We provide the disinfection service and also sell the equipment to entities that want to disinfect rooms/areas each night (on a rotation basis) as they leave their facilities.
