- $350.00 to $650.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof)
- $250.00 to $350.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, overlay existing roof)
We usually like to get half down at material delivery and balance at completion.

- $45.00 to $75.00 per hour (plus materials)
We usually bill by the job rather than hourly

Bathroom - Remodel
- $5,000.00 to $15,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
down payment at stock material delivery's, balance billed based on percent of completion. Special order and custom items may need to be paid for upfront.
