I have been a licensed claims adjuster for 20 years and have worked for 3 major insurance carriers. My extensive experience in evaluating claims has trained me to identify inconsistencies, prior issues as well as subsequent or unrelated injuries which will be addressed in the report. This will allow you the opportunitiy to discuss with your client prior to negotiating the claim. The report will include a profile of your client, the facts of loss, injuries, treatment, affects of daily living and an opinion of value of the claim. The package will be ready to be sent to the insurance carrier for their review an an offer should be expected within 30 days of their receipt.
