Greg is new a new member of our company this year and will be our Sales Manager as we continue to grow and take on larger more complex projects. Greg is also currently a real estate agent where he helps buy and sell homes in Utah.

Seth Steed Manager of Operations
Seth is one of the founders of the company. Growing up in a sawmill family, he has worked on trees pretty much his entire life. Seth is studying to become a certified arborist and hopes to take the exam at the end of 2013.

Two Large Cottonwoods Removed
This project was a climb only job with trees situated near the home and over fences. There was not adequate room for any sort of lift, but this is how we like it! 13 hours later all that was left was a big smile on our happy customer's face.

Layton Box Elder Stump Removal
We removed a large box elder tree and it's stump near utility lines and over a fence. Total project price $600.

Spring Fruit Tree Pruning
On this job we pruned several 3-5 year old trees including 2 peach, apple, plum, and a pear. We also took on some 2 year overgrown trees (apple apricot and cherry). This customer has used us 2 times to work on her trees and we look forward to helping out again in the fall.

Scrub Oak Pruning
For this project we cleaned up (removed dead wood primarily) on 40+ Gamble Oak in Fruit Heights, Utah. We also removed some storm damaged branches from a Scottish Pine.

I was very happy with my experience with Cutting Edge. Seth worked around my schedule to come out and provide me with a no pressure quote. I needed two trees removed, broken limbs removed, trees cut back and fire hazards removed. I was blown away by the reasonable price I was quoted. The guys showed up on time, worked fast but efficiently. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned up and hauled away the mess and payment process was a breeze. I will have them back this fall for pruning and hedging and would happily refer their services.

I just wanted to send a quick note to say thanks for such a great job in my yard. I was devastated by the loss of such a large box elder tree after the recent late spring snowstorm, so your help to understand the best way to deal with the split trunk and other damaged trees was invaluable. You were extremely fast to respond, your quote was reasonable, and you were able to do all the work in the bid and come in on budget. Your quick response and ability to meet all the timelines you promised was a breath of fresh air. By the time you finished and cleaned up the site it looked better than it has in years. Seth and Alex did a great job on two large trees that provide shade for half of our backyard. They showed up when they said they would show up. They also picked up a pile of leaves that had been covered by snow during the winter and not taken care of since the house had been vacant. We just bought our house, and the nicely trimmed trees look great! I highly recommend these guys.

I highly recommend Cutting Edge Tree Professionals. I had a tree that split almost in two from all the rain and wind we’ve had the past few weeks. It was in a crappy spot, right between my house and my neighbors. They were quick and did an excellent job. I highly recommend these guys!

Cutting Edge did a great job when they came to remove our cottonwood tree! They were quick to come give us a bid and quick to place us on their schedule. They were really careful around our landscaping and when they left they had completely cleaned up! Give them a try.

Wow! Great service and very professional. Everything was done when Seth said it would be, he also gave a written quote and the price did not change after the service was done. After the tree and stump were removed, it looked like my 50 foot cottonwood was never there. I will recommend them anytime to someone who needs this type of service. Great recommendations on other tree issues I had while they were here. I will be using this service again in the fall as they also do maintenance work too.
