How We Charge For Our Services

Bathroom - Remodel
- $3,000.00 to $9,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
Our estimate will be based on your specific scope of work. We will conduct a Free Consultation and give you a detailed estimate. Once we agree upon the price, work will begin.

Carpentry Framing - Repair
- $1,000.00 to $10,000.00 per hour (plus materials)
This is based on what needs to be done. The price can vary, this is dependant upon the scope of work.

Ceramic Tile - Install
- $50.00 to $65.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $6.13 to $7.90 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile)
- $3.00 to $5.00 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only)
- $3.00 to $5.00 per square foot (new wall backing installation only)
- $3.00 to $8.00 per square foot (tile removal only)
- $5.00 to $9.00 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
