Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: I provide mostly move-in or move-out, and recurring house cleanings. But, offer one time and post construction cleanups as requested.
Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A: I offer eco friendly cleanings. I have a steam cleaner and wide array of Method and Seventh Generation cleaners.
How We Charge For Our Services
Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
- $20.00 to $40.00 per hour
I prefer to schedule a walk through of the clients home. I then look at each room to calculate approximately how long it should take to clean thoroughly. I adjust my hourly rate depending on type of cleaning, and if I need to bring along a truster assistant I'll charge more hourly. I add estimated cleaning time to hourly cost and give an exact final cost.

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $20.00 to $40.00 per hour (per person)
- $100.00 to $300.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
It all depends on conditions of home in general and supplies/equipment that will be needed to complete job correctly.

Post Construction Clean-up
- $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
Depending on level of cleanup charges may vary. If there's debris and a lot of dust it will be higher cost hourly.

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $5.00 to $20.00 per pane (outside only)
- $3.00 to $15.00 per pane (inside only)
I take into factor accessibility of windows size, and conditions.
