How We Charge For Our Services

Boundary Survey - Residential
- $1,250.00 to $2,500.00 fixed fee for residential boundary survey (up to 1/2 acre)
Cost increase generally reflects including site improvements, topography, or other client specific items shown and noted on the final boundary survey. Revisions to final survey are performed at an hourly rate.

Engineers - Civil Engineers
- $115.00 to $200.00 per hour
Hourly rates vary from the type of service(s) needed, from a design engineer to a licensed professional engineer as an expert witness.

Engineers - Land Surveyors
- $145.00 to $250.00 per hour (principal surveyor)
- $145.00 to $170.00 per hour (two-man crew)
- $1,250.00 to $2,500.00 fixed fee for residential boundary survey
- $800.00 to $1,500.00 fixed fee for elevation certification
Rates vary depending on type of service(s) needed as well as location of property and time frame requested.
