How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $0.02 to $0.05 per square foot
- $600.00 to $2,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Payment at the time of the inspection

Home Inspection Services
- $275.00 to $325.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $430.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $430.00 to $690.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $375.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Pay due at the time of the inspection, Cash,check,credit card

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $70.00 to $110.00 per hour for on-site sampling
- $70.00 to $90.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $130.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Payment at the time of the inspection

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $175.00 to $225.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
