What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

It’s important to talk to several architects and get an idea of schedule of availability, cost and personalities. Projects can be longer than what you may anticipate, so make sure it’s a good fit prior to making your selection.
It’s also important to find out exactly what services you’re getting for the proposed architectural fee. (ie: does the fee proposal include structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc. engineered drawings? How many design options? Are renderings included? Interior elevations? Project specifications? Construction administration?)
make sure to get a clearly defined scope of services for your project.

Architects - Commercial
- $35.00 to $180.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $2.00 to $30.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 6.00 to 12.00 percent of construction cost
