- $12,000.00 to $20,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
Prices for bathrooms will vary greatly depending upon a customer’s choices such as high end fixtures or more detailed or complex tile work. Other factors that would affect prices would be the condition of what is found within the walls after the demolition of the old bathroom (framing, plumbing and electrical).
