How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $300.00 to $400.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $500.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $600.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $400.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
We have a set rate for homes 3,000 square feet or less. Most homes over the 3,000 sq ft mark typically require a significant amount of time.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $125.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
$125 flat fee for Radon testing. 48 hour continuous monitoring test.
