Chuck Huggins is a 1982 graduate of West Virginia University with several years of business and entrepreneurial experience in contruction and design prior to founding Chuck Huggins Inc. in Naples, FL in 1992. He has a proven track record of designing and managing several hundred restoration, remodeling and painting projects throughout Florida, Colorado and West Virginia staying directly involved with each project from start to finish.
