This includes door install plus the trim on both sides of door. Drywall repair is sometimes necessary.

Doors (Interior) - Install or Replace
- $275.00 to $375.00 per door (replace a mid-grade door, no framing required)
When dealing with interior doors, the key is to be careful not to damage drywall or trim.

Laminate Wood or Stone Floor - Install
- $2.00 to $11.00 per square foot (mid-grade laminate installed)
Laminate and wood flooring is on the low end, and stone on the high end. This is all based upon rate and ease of install.

Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, Slate, etc) - Install
- $7.00 to $10.00 per square foot (labor only, stone provided by customer)
Stone flooring may take a bit longer than ceramic or porcelain, but the look speaks for it's self.

Porcelain Tile - Install
- $2.00 to $4.00 per square foot
Tile orientation and design as well as room shape are the key factors in the price range for an install.

Sliding Door - Install
- $45.00 to $50.00 per hour (install only with pre-purchased door)
- $1,800.00 to $2,100.00 fixed fee to replace exterior sliding glass door
The per unit price range is based upon the door of choice. This can vary significantly.

Storm Door - Install
- $200.00 to $275.00 for full-view glass door
The price reduces if there are multiple doors to install.

Tile - Removal
- $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
There are many factors when demolishing tile. Cabinets and other obstacles make it difficult to price by the Square foot.

Tile Countertops - Install
- $15.00 to $20.00 per square foot (includes mid-grade tile)
Tile counter tops generally take a bit more time due to cutting and tile size.

Tile, Stone, Marble - Clean, Grout, Polish and Maintain
- $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
Grout and tile condition varies. I find it best to charge by the hour.

Wood Flooring - Install or Replace
- $8.00 to $10.00 per square foot installed (mid-grade solid hardwood included)
This includes the hardwood material of your choice.

- $45.00 to $50.00 per hour (plus materials)
Repairs are all unique. I find it best to work by the hour.
