Make sure the company has insurance on all major jobs when working on your home. Make sure the business does not have any complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. The company doing the work should give you a certificate of warranty on the craftsmanship, time is depending on the job.

Recently re painted a home that was on the market for 7 months. The home needed to be pressure washed, painted throughout and new carpet from top to bottom. We went in a completed the job at approximately $8,500 and got it completed in less than a week. The home has had more showings than before.

We accept credit card payments, cash. If the job is large enough we will open a trust account non interest barring and will draw a percentage from that until the job is complete.
