Please make sure to ask a lot of questions. Thats what we are all here for. You will normally weed out the hacks and scam artists rather quickly. Always ask about insurance. Make sure when comparing estimates, they are in kind.

Unfortunately, in 2023 it isn't hard to separate yourself from most companies in this industry. We show up when we are supposed to and do what we are paid to do.

That would be determined on a job-to-job basis. If our recommendations are followed, then yes. If we give a scope of work, and only 30% is done, we cannot warrant something if only permitted to do the job 30%.
