Acoustic Ceiling or Wall Tiles - Clean
- $18.00 to $35.00 per hour
- $0.18 to $0.35 fixed fee
Based on the size and damaged areas we charge accordingly!

Air Ducts - Clean
- $65.00 to $75.00 per hour
- $350.00 to $450.00 to clean the air ducts of a typical two-story home (10 to 15 ducts)
Duct & Vent cleaning is high maintenance so charging by the hour is a good deal!

Carpets or Rugs - Clean Offsite
- $0.18 to $0.35 per square foot
If the job is more then 20,000 Sq. Ft. We charge by the footage>

Carpets or Rugs - Cleaning for Business
- $0.10 to $0.13 per square foot (with furniture)
- $40.00 to $45.00 per room (no furniture)
- $45.00 to $55.00 per room (with furniture)
- $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $0.13 to $0.15 per square foot (no furniture)
if it a Commercial Carpet Cleaning Job, its best to charge by the foot! Apartment or Home is charged by the room.
