Addition to House - Build - $170.00 to $230.00 per square foot for standard grade construction HOME ADDITION PROJECT: Does not include: demolition/disposal, sales tax, delivery, costs for repairs, modifications or items not listed in the Project list. Bathroom Designers - Residential - $100.00 to $150.00 per hour Designer fee are for one primary design with one change order. Additional changes to design will be charged accordingly. Commercial Interior - Paint or Stain - $2.50 to $5.00 per square foot Painting Projects are for one primary color with two coats for walls & one coat on ceiling. Deck or Porch - Build or Replace - $26.00 to $35.00 per square foot (composite) Price does not reflect actual cost per sq ft, we had to input something here. Composite Decking cost estimates require an onsite inspection and a fee for time, travel and measurements. Low to High labor cost range differences are in part due to variations in work load, job location and seasonal wage rates. The variation in installation costs for complex configurations (non-rectangular shape, many corners, multiple levels, etc.) can be considerable. Composite Decking cost do not include costs for removal or disposal of existing decking, repair of damage due to existing decking, construction of benches, railings or structures attached to the deck. Deck or Porch - Enclose or Cover - $65.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials) - $700.00 to $2,500.00 fixed fee (enclose existing deck or porch) The cost of your deck is affected by a number of considerations including the materials you choose, any unusual shapes or patterns on your deck, and extra accessories such as benches, storage, railings and more. Depending on size and existing conditions, creating a simple two-season screened deck or porch can cost around $700-$2,500 for labor excluding materials, and averages $5,000-$15,000 for a custom built version but can go higher for larger spaces and materials used.

Designers - Kitchens - $50.00 to $300.00 per hour Costs associated with Designers/Kitchen - will vary dramatically from job to job. Homeowners may want help with their entire home, while others want professional assistance in kitchen, bathroom or family room. Cost plus - designer purchases all materials - including furnishings/accessories and agrees upon markup or percentage. Fixed/flat fees - is the most likely way that large jobs will be priced. It provides the designer with a method of billing for work. Hourly rates - is for small projects and pays the designer based on the actual amount of time for a project. Square foot basis - is usually the manner which commercial work is done and pays the designer a fixed amount per square foot.

Handyman Services - Residential - $55.00 to $65.00 per hour (plus parts and materials) Per Hr: Our Handyman rate are $55.00 an hour for Our Commercial Clients, or $65.00 an hour for Homeowners. Materials are the Commercial & Homeowners responsibility. If we are hired at our set hourly rates and need to purchase materials, they will be paid in advanced before the project start date. Extra charges for pickup, travel time + gas will be added to the final amount due. Per Visit/Session: these prices reflect the amount of a project not to exceed $1000.00 and a minimum of $65.00 charge will be charged if we come out and are not hired to perform services. This cover time + travel expenses. Also a $45.00 flat rate fee will be charged to assess your project upon arrival.

Landscape Designers - Residential - $65.00 to $120.00 per hour Depending on the size and location of the project, it can cost anywhere from $500-$3,500 per landscape design plan for your property. For simpler projects, it's also possible to get 1-2 hours of onsite verbal consultation for $65-$120 an hour. Remodeling - One or More Rooms - $180.00 to $250.00 per square foot Remodeling existing home costs more per sq ft. than new construction, because renovations must match the existing structure, which may not be level/straight. Bathroom: converting existing space starts around $3,000-$6,000 (depends on easy access, size, & fixtures) $7,000-$25,000+ for spa-like master baths. Floor space into a bedroom runs $7,500-$50,000+ depending on size, a basic 10 x 15' bedroom runs around $7,500-$22,500+, adding a porch can range from $3,000-$6,000+ for a 20 x 50' concrete slab.
