Cleaning Services - Industrial
- $30.00 to $50.00 per man hour
- $0.15 to $0.30 per square foot
CLEAN OVER DIRTY JS would prefer to be paid on a monthly basis, per amount of days customer needs service.

Cleaning Services - Medical & Health Care
- $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
- $0.25 to $0.35 per square foot
Standard pricing philosophy. Same as industrial philosophy.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $25.00 to $50.00 per hour
- $0.10 to $0.25 per square foot
Prices given are estimates. Hourly rate for all offices under 1000 sqft. We use per square foot for offices over 1000 sqft.
