- $150.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
- $150.00 to $350.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $200.00 to $400.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $250.00 to $500.00 fixed fee per 1 acre
I charge by the job not by the hour
