Two of the most important things to look for would be the proper equipment (not a little pressure washer you can buy at Home Depot) but professional equipment. Also look for general liability insurance we at CABAM power washing carry a 2 million-dollar policy.

We truly care what the customer thinks of us at the end of the day. The only way to grow a business is to put the customer first and make sure they are completely happy before you leave a job.

We always walk around the customer before we pack up any of our tools to make sure they are completely happy. If the customer is not completely happy then we do not leave. If in the event the customer is unhappy after we leave we always will promptly return and try to make the customer happy no matter what it takes.

The biggest question we always get asked is if we can clean something. Our answer is always the same we have numerous ways of cleaning any type of surface we will try and exhaust every effort before we say we cannot clean it.

My fiance is retired military so we definitely offer a military discount.

The most recent job that we did was a window cleaning job, the customer was so impressed by our attitude as well as our dedication to service. they contacted us the next day to do gutter cleaning on the same residence, since we had just completed the window washing we manually clean all of their gutters rinsed them down and notified them of issues with the gutter system. Again they were impressed by what we had done for them and now they're contracting us to pressure washof all of their concrete surfaces. We have had numerous referrals from this one customer so we will be completing all of their pressure washing free of charge as a special thanks for all of their referrals.

We are a small growing company that has the capacity to accomplish anything. We started out from the bottom and now we want to grow our business to the next level. This does not mean we will slack on our service, it only means that we want to offer our outstanding service to more customers. We are also extending our services to include more home ownership needs.
