Be clear on the services you are looking for. Not all bookkeepers or tax preparers are alike. Although we are proud to have bookkeeping pricing that starts at $99 we do treat each potential client we speak with as an individual. All clients recieve a contract which clearly states what is included in the pricing offered. We look forward to being of service.

We have moved completely to a digital format. Meaning little or no paper is used in our office. This also means our clients information is more secure.

We love our clients and want to do everything we can to help them grow or maintain their business. We believe number tell a story. We help our client to understand the story that their numbers are telling them. We do this by offering either monthly or quarterly check-in calls with each of our clients to help them understand the trend of their business and to help each of our clients reach their goals.

How can we offer bookkeeping for $99 per month? The bookkeeping and accounting industry have changed. Bookkeepers are no long forced to spend long hours performing data entry tasks. Technology has allowed us to streamline the customer experience. Allowing us to charge less and move more into the advisor role. Data is available quicker which puts it in our clients hands at a faster pace allowing them to make more informed business decisions.

The most challenging projects are generally when a client has tried to do it all. They start a business and wear so many hats. The bookkeeping falls behind. This is where I think my team really shines. We are able to quickly get all things financial caught up and turned over to the client. In most cases the clients are more then happy to have us continue to take care of their books.
