How We Charge For Our Services
|
Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
- $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
- $35.00 to $65.00 per room (no furniture)
- $30.00 to $60.00 per room (with furniture)
We generally charge on a room by room basis. We start at $40/room for rooms that are average size and not heavily soiled.

Carpets or Rugs - Cleaning for Business
- $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
For businesses we charge by the hour because they generally take more time and are large areas.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
- $0.25 to $0.30 per square foot
- $75.00 to $125.00 fixed fee per visit
- $275.00 to $400.00 per month (weekly cleaning)
Depending on the business and if the client wants to add on additional services such as carpet cleaning, etc. We come up with a plan that works best for everyone.

Estate Cleaning
- $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
We start at $20/hour and go from there. We provide an estimate at each walkthrough. Walkthroughs are required before a price is given.

Janitorial Services
- $25.00 to $30.00 per hour (per person)
- $0.17 to $0.25 per square foot
We price our janitorial and residential prices basically the same.

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $20.00 to $35.00 per hour (per person)
- $125.00 to $300.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
When it comes to determining the price we require walkthroughs so that we can give the best price possible for both the clients as well as the cleaners

Post Construction Clean-up
- $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
- $0.28 to $0.34 per square foot
We have to factor is size and whether or not multiple cleaners will be required.
