How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $500.00 to $2,500.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Based on size, location and environmental condition of property. As well as the scope of work needed.

Home Inspection Services
- $300.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $500.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $1,000.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $400.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
My billing is based size, location and environmental condition of property.

Roof - Inspection
- $200.00 to $500.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Based on size, location and environmental condition of property. As well as the scope of work needed.

Structural Inspections - Residential or Commercial
- $300.00 to $500.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Based on size, location and environmental condition of property.
