What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Price should not be your only determining factor when choosing a roofing company or the type of roofing you use, most of the time you get what you pay for. Metal roofing installed by a knowledgeable and experienced craftsman is far superior to the less expensive asphalt shingles.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

Residential and commercial projects ranging from very small items such as a single downspout repair up to metal paneling a large building. Our services include metal wall panels, metal roof panels, ACM panels, fiber cement panels, insulated metal panels, Cascadia Window installation, gutters and downspouts, metal flashing, and trim work.

We offer the statutory warranty period required by State and local jurisdictions for workmanship.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Metal Roof - Installation
- $900.00 to $1,500.00 per 100 sq.ft (metal shingles, no tear off of existing roof)
- $750.00 to $1,400.00 per 100 sq.ft (standing seam, no tear off of existing roof)
Bill for progress completed monthly as follows 20% down to start and progress billing from there on and balance upon completion.
