My strong work ethic and attention to the details of clients’ individual needs comes from those early days of learning to listen to the hotel guests, resolve their problems and address their needs. Planning to follow in the family business, I attended Florida International University, Miami and graduated with a BS in Hotel and Business Management.

Recently had client with 30+ year old life insurance policy. It was in danger of lapsing, causing a huge tax liability due to the outstanding loan. We replaced the old policy with a new one. This increased his death from $50,000 to $102,000. With no annual premiums and a cash value of $30,000 earning 4%.

How We Charge For Our Services

Financial Advisors - Asset Management
- 3.50 to 5.75 percent of investments purchased
- 0.75 to 1.50 percent of assets under management
- $200.00 hourly rate
All clients have a comprehensive plan written for them. Either they have a minimum of $100,000 in an account at 1% or we quote a flat fee based on $200 per hour.

Financial Planning & Investment Advice
- $200.00 fee only - hourly rate
- 5.00 percent of investment purchased
- 1.00 percent of assets under management
All clients have Comprehensive Plan prepared for them . Either they open an account, minimum $100,000, at 1% annual fee or flat fee starting at $500. Investments are commission based on flat fee arrangement and insurance always on commission
