How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $500.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Depends on sq. ft. of property.

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $365.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Includes termite and same day report.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $100.00 per hour for on-site sampling
We include mold inspections in our general home inspection. We do not test or sample.

Roof - Inspection
- $125.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
We offer affordable rates.

- $125.00 fixed fee - flat rate
