What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

While the price of services is important, the quality of work takes priority. Ask if they offer a satisfaction guarantee for services. Ask about cleaning products, are they willing to accommodate specific cleaning products? Are they willing to meet your cleaning preferences; will they clean a room or area in the way you want? Do, they offer additional specialized services and discounts?

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

A:

We specialize mostly in residential and small office cleaning jobs. Residential cleaning can be a one time deep clean, a move in or out, or scheduled repeat cleanings. These service consist of daily house cleaning tasks and duties.
Bedrooms: bedding changed, dusted, trash emptied, vacuuming or sweeping, etc.
Bathrooms: tubs/showers, sinks, toilets scrubbed, trash emptied, mirrors cleaned sweeping/mopping, rugs washed if needed
Kitchen: All appliances exterior wiped down, sink scrubbed, dishes washed, trash emptied, refrigerator cleaned, countertops cleaned, microwave wiped out, table/chairs wiped down, swept/mopped, etc.
Common Areas: furniture dusted/ vacuumed/ trash emptied, pictures/wall décor wiped, vacuumed/swept and mopped, etc.
All baseboards wiped clean, door handles and all knobs sanitized, entry ways cleaned, interior doors cleaned, Front door/ rear door glass panes cleaned.

In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

We use eco-friendly cleaning supplies, trash bags made from recycled materials, all invoices, agreements, etc are printed on recycled paper.

Boss Lady Cleaning is a small business founded in 2019. The staff consist of mothers and woman with numerous years of experience in diverse housekeeping industries and customer service. We believe that we are the Boss of our futures.

We over a customer satisfaction guarantee, if the services provided do not meet what is outlined in esch clients agreement or invoice, than we return at no cost to the client.

How We Charge For Our Services

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $85.00 to $300.00 fixed fee per visit
Our Prices are based on the number of Bedrooms and Bathrooms as a base rate.
There prices are slightly higher for deep cleaning and Move outs.
We start with these base rate prices and than look at each job separately; taking into account special cleaning preferences, additional charges services, ( interior window cleaning, stove cleaning, carpet shampooing, pets)
