What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Bayside Sod is actually the sod farm so we have control of when the sod that will be installed for your project will be harvested. It is important that sod be installed as soon as possible after harvesting to help in establishing in your yard. Getting the sod from Bayside Sod, where we can bring the sod direct from our farm to you lawn, can provide you peace of mind.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

Bayside Sod provides both residential and commercial sod installations. There is no sod job to small or large. However, for really small jobs we do have a charge minimum but we have found that our minimums are often favored by our customers. In addition, for do it yourselfers, we do offer sod delivery and/or pick-up at our store front located at 15140 FL-64, Bradenton, FL 34212.

What is your company best known for?

We are the Farm! We have about 900 acres of sod under production, including all the popular varieties you may desire. By being the sod farm, you know you will be getting freshly cut sod delivered direct from our farm to your house.

How We Charge For Our Services

Sod Installation
- $1.00 to $1.75 per square foot installed
Pricing indicated is for budgeting purposes only. There are lots of variables to consider, including variety of sod, does existing sod need to be removed, access to property, wheelbarrowing, etc. We will have an estimator visit your property, measure the project, answer your questions, provide recommendations, and provide a no-obligation electronic proposal at no charge.
