How We Charge For Our Services
|
Appliance Water Line - Install or Repair
- $85.00 to $200.00 per hour
- $200.00 for dishwasher water and drain line (fixed fee)
- $150.00 for refrigerator water line (fixed fee)
- $85.00 to $150.00 for washing machine water and drain line (fixed fee)
- $85.00 to $150.00 for ice maker water line (fixed fee)
- $85.00 to $200.00 for appliance water line (fixed fee)
I charge a minimum of 2 hours per job. If one man is required then i charge $85.00 per hour per man. If 2 men are required, I charge $150.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum as well.

Bathtub - Install or Replace
- $800.00 to $1,200.00 fixed fee for acrylic tub (installed)
800.00 for basic install with no structural modifications. If structural modifications are needed the price could range to a high of 1200.00 depending on the complexity of the modifications.

Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
- $85.00 to $235.00 per hour (labor only with pre-purchased door)
2 Man 2 hour Minimum plus fuel charge plus taxes for $235.00

Doors (Interior) - Install or Replace
- $85.00 to $150.00 per hour (install a pre-purchased door and hardware)
- $300.00 to $500.00 per door (install a new mid-grade door, framing required)
- $175.00 to $250.00 per door (replace a mid-grade door, no framing required)

- $100.00 to $200.00 for sink or bath faucet (install only)
- $100.00 to $200.00 for sink or bath faucet (includes mid-grade fixture)
I charge a flat fee based on the complexity of the job. Taxes included
