Aluminum Gutters - Install or Replace
- $4.50 to $5.00 per linear foot
Depending on your house hieght, how many inside or outside myter boxes you may have. same price for downspout footage as well.

Aluminum Gutters - Repair
- $150.00 to $200.00 fixed fee - flat rate
General repair price for just coming out to do repair is $ 150.00. No cost on estimating though.

Aluminum Siding - Install
- $2.50 to $5.00 per square foot
- $250.00 to $500.00 per 100 square feet
$ 250.00 being more of a new construction price, includes insulation or house wrap. $ 500.00 a square is going to be more using vinyl scallops or shakes.

Asphalt Shingle Roof - Installation
- $200.00 to $250.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof)
- $150.00 to $200.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, overlay existing roof)
Overlay includes cutting all shingles back from all perimeter edges, installing drip edge if none exists, new pipe flanges, new ridge vent, flashings. Waterproofing and cleanup

Asphalt Shingle Roof - Repair
- $50.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
Just a minor roof repairs going to run you $ 150.00, anything else is going to run up from there. Every repairs different, estimates are free !!!

Door or Window Screens - Install or Repair
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $30.00 to $100.00 fixed fee per screen
Sceeen install is time consumin especially if were dealing with screen that has boards holding all of it in. Usually do screen repair on house damaged by storm damage, hail,etc.

Doors (Interior) - Install or Replace
- $50.00 to $75.00 per hour (install a pre-purchased door and hardware)
- $300.00 to $500.00 per door (replace a mid-grade door, no framing required)
We also install entry doors for $700 (basic entry door we purchase at Lowe's that you choose). Includes hardware, locks, etc.

Flat Roof - Installation
- $125.00 to $200.00 per 100 sq.ft. (asphalt roll, no existing roof tear off)
- $250.00 to $350.00 per 100 sq.ft (rubber edpm, no existing roof tear off)
- $250.00 to $350.00 per 100 sq.ft (built-up bitumen bur, no existing roof tear off)
- $250.00 to $350.00 per 100 sq.ft (pvc single ply, no existing roof tear off)
- $250.00 to $350.00 per 100 sq.ft (tpo single ply, no existing roof tear off)
- $350.00 to $500.00 per 100 sq.ft (sprayed polyurethane foam)
Basic flat roof with no tear off will be the same across the board. Prices above include all material, turnkey. If the roof has multiple penetrations or has problematic senerio's of course labor price increases.

Flat Roof - Repair
- $100.00 to $200.00 per hour (plus materials)
The high pricing is for good reason with a commercial building. Not many people are even capable of finding the leak. Years of experience and breaking my back that gives me that knowledge. Would you rather pay someone like me that guarantees to stop the leak or pay someone cheaper that doers nothing but put roof cement in what areas he thinks its leaking. I myself would like to know I'm guaarnteed service or my money back.

Gutter Cleaning
- $0.50 to $1.00 per linear foot
- $100.00 to $500.00 per cleaning
Until I've seen the house, the shape gutters in , I cant give a concrete price. Basic house usually runs $ 150.00 includes screwing any loose gutters as we cleaning.

Gutter Guards and Covers - Install or Replace
- $3.50 to $5.00 per linear foot
We only use lifetime gutter gaurd. Why sell someone on junk that's going to last a year. I want you to brag on me, not call me back mad because the plastic gutter gaurd I used fell apart due to sun and rain exposure.
