Home Inspection Services
- $375.00 to $405.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $405.00 to $525.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $525.00 to $585.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $405.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Prices are based off of square footage of home only.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $200.00 to $380.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
Prices are based off of square footage and foundation types. This is determined by certifying bodies on how to test for radon.
