How We Charge For Our Services

Architects - Commercial
- $200.00 to $225.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 5.00 to 12.00 percent of construction cost
We provide services as a negotiated flat fee whenever possible, based upon a percentage of the construction cost. Once negotiated, the fee will not change whether or not the project comes in under or over the estimated cost. The fee would only be revised if the scope of work changes.

- $200.00 to $225.00 per hour
- $5.00 to $12.00 fixed fee - flat rate
