What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Before you hire an inspector, ask a lot of questions. Ask what will be inspected and how long it will take. Make sure inspectors are insured and qualified to do the job.
Make sure there are no hidden fees. Ask if there is a fee for inspecting the attic or crawl space. If you have a pool, ask if there’s a fee for that too. Some inspectors will quote a very low price and up sell during the inspection. Make sure you understand what will be inspected and what is included.

There are so many questions that get asked during and after a home inspection. We encourage our clients to attend the Inspection. If we find anything wrong, we will put it in the report along with photos and a description of the defects, but if you are on site, we can show you and explain in detail.
