What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

If you are looking for Multifamily, focus on your due diligence. Get the T12 and crunch the numbers to make sure your property will cashflow, look at the stability of tenant history as well as all the property improvements or needed renovations. My favorite thing to do is talk to the tenants and staff and ask them what they like and dislike about the property, you would be surprised how much you can learn! If you are in need of tenant rep, then have your financials in order, be realistic on the area, current market prices and how much space you really need to get the work done and increase efficiency in your business.
