Excavation - Minor Grading or Resloping
- $27.00 to $35.00 per hour (includes machine rental and operator)
$27.00 per man 3man crew grading, re sloping 1,500 to 10,00sqft
|
Land, Lot, & Site Clearing
- $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
We Charge $23.00 per hr per man on 3 man crews
|
Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $75.00 to $85.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $25.00 to $35.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $37.50 to $45.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
Prices are blind folded estimates, due to not knowing the height or the size of the lawns we will give a fair average adjustable quote our customers

Sod Installation
- $1.50 to $2.75 per square foot installed
$1.50 per Sq. ft Labor cost for soil prepping, grading and installing sod. not including sod topsoil, starter fertilizer or any debris haul off.
