Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: Our services provide direction for pre-permit readiness. We work with clients who are wanting or are in process of mitigation of their home or business and need a mover-contractor team. We gather designers, engineer, architects etc. to do your feasibility studies and take you to approved permit status. We work with Architects and Engineers who desire to focus on just the drawing CAD portions of the project. We work with General Contractors who also would like to just focus on the job site rather than the preparations.
How We Charge For Our Services
Architects - Residential
- $115.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 1.00 to 5.00 percent of construction cost
Our services are contracted with a 3-day rescission clause, a closing clause and a right to cancel clause. We bill on the tenth of an hour and every communication is tracked by an application. Our invoices are due upon receipt. We may bill weekly or monthly depending on project needs. We require a down payment and signed contract before services are commenced. Our fees are associated with your direct needs. This makes it difficult to put a construction cost percentage onto our services. Our contract is built with a menu feature, you choose what services you want us to do.
