I was educated over the phone which in my experience contractors usually don't want to say too much but the guy I spoke with made me feel like he genuinely cared about my problem. He came over and jumped on the roof in record time. A couple days later I was good to go! Of the two other estimates I got they were slow to set an appointment and one guys price was astronomical. I also needed paperwork for my situation and I got it lighting fast. I know a good thing when I see it and I never let go. I will never need another roofer!! Good job guys.

Due to where the leak was occurring on the home the repair person new exactly what it was, and fixed the issue. Geoffrey Lyman a year ago After the positive experience we had with American Roofing & Remodeling, we felt compelled to write a review. We worked directly with the owner, Alan, who was highly professional and responsive - usually returning calls within the hour. When we encountered a problem with our roof two months after installation (for which he was NOT at fault) he took responsibility for the issue and went above and beyond to find a solution. Fully insured, offers financing plans, and serious work and product warranties. We can't say enough positive things about this company!

Dino D'Orazio 4 months ago- I personally use American Roofing and Remodeling for my current properties, as well as refer them out to everyone I know. Alan is always prompt for scheduled work, very reasonable in pricing compared to others in the area and does excellent work. Alan and his company are hardworking, professional and very easy to coordinate with. I would definitely recommend you give this company a try, you won't be disappointed!

Clifton Brandon 5 months ago- I used American Roofing and remodeling on my home when I had my roof replaced. From the initial proposal, to the finish of the job, Alan and his crew were very professional and got the job done in 1 day. I have heard nightmares about other roofing companies not getting nails, or damaging something on the house. That was not the case with this company. My roof looks great and the cleanup was immaculate. In addition the price was excellent. Can't say enough good about these guys. I will definitely refer this company in the future.

Asphalt Shingle Roof - Installation - $285.00 to $325.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof) Depending on how steep, or difficult a roof is for example sidewalls, valleys etc. all make a roof job harder to complete. This is where the price difference varies. We will not "overlay an existing roof" as there is no warranty from us or manufacturer when this is done

Flat Roof - Installation - $275.00 to $300.00 per 100 sq.ft. (asphalt roll, no existing roof tear off) - $400.00 to $500.00 per 100 sq.ft (rubber edpm, no existing roof tear off) - $350.00 to $425.00 per 100 sq.ft (built-up bitumen bur, no existing roof tear off) - $400.00 to $500.00 per 100 sq.ft (pvc single ply, no existing roof tear off) - $400.00 to $500.00 per 100 sq.ft (tpo single ply, no existing roof tear off) With flat roofing like shingle roofing, every situation is different. for instance how much insulation is required, do you need tapered insulation, new drains, are there a lot of Hvac units, walls etc. All these things play a huge part for a flat roof. The price range of a flat roof really varies much more than a shingle roof.
