Questions & Answers
Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: If you are looking for a licensed home inspector in Buffalo, make sure that you choose a home inspection company that provides a detailed inspection, a professional and modern report that includes photos, and is available after the home inspection to answer questions.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: Our most common service is home inspections near Buffalo, including Orchard Park, East Aurora, Hamburg, Cheektowaga, Williamsville and Lancaster. Other common services are radon testing in Buffalo, which is critical to understanding your family's risk from this radioactive gas. Another common service is mold testing and mold assessment services to Western NY.

Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

Q: What is your company best known for?

Q: What separates your company from the competition?
A: Compared to many other home inspectors in Buffalo, we are a full-time, professional home inspection company. Our background is technical. We have not spent decades framing houses, then choosing to retire into home inspection. This type of background does not necessarily make for a great home inspector. Why would it? We truly understand what creates a solid structure, effective roof and exterior, safe electrical system, leak-free plumbing and a stable foundation.

Q: Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: If you have a problem with your home inspection near Buffalo, call us and we will make things right.

Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: What do you do during a home inspection? We inspect every area of the home that we can look at, touch, crawl or climb into. We look for problems, and when we find them we document them, including explanations that use plain language and recommendations for how to correct them. Are you available for a home inspection in my town or village? Your home inspection in Buffalo, Amherst, Orchard Park, Cheektowaga, West Seneca, Lancaster, Elma, East Aurora, Springville, Hamburg and all of Erie County and surrounding counties is easy to schedule with us. Why should we have you perform radon testing? We are one of the very few radon testing companies in Buffalo that is licensed by the state as a lab, meaning that we use professional equipment that provides immediate test results. What is a mold assessment? In NY state, a mold assessment is a document that is provided to the homeowner that describes the presence of mold, what caused it and how to safely remove it. A mold assessment is required if you plan to have a mold remediation company remove the mold.
