We are full scale Property Inspection Business serving both residential and commercial clients that are in the midst of either buying a property. or maybe they are getting ready to put the property on the market. We will perform a fine tooth comb inspection, when we are done you will handed a detailed report of our findings. We offer additional services of Radon testing, WDI, water testing

Our firm has been performing inspections since 2014, our founder has been in the construction trade since 1990's. Our service area entails all of PA with the exception of Philadelphia, and will we soon be moving in NJ, WV & MD. Our reports are very detailed and comprehensive. We encourage our clients to be fully involved in the inspection process.
Once we perform and inspection for you, we are then considered family and at anytime after the inspection is done, we are there for our clients for a period of two years after the project is complete in case questions arise.

1) The frequent question we get is do you service the area? Answer- we service most of PA except for city of Philly.
2) What do you charge for inspections and what is extra? Extra charges are weekend inspections, travel radius. radon, WDI and water testing extra? Our average cost of inspections range from $275-450 for up to 4000 sq ft homes, above that is priced at $125.00 per hour . Average time for inspection 2-4 hours
3) When can I get the report- We try to deliver all inspection reports within 48 hrs. of inspection being completed, anything requiring samples being sent to the lab can take up to five days to get the report.
4) What type of payments do you accept? Cash, Check , Credit cards and paypal. Payment for services must be complete prior to any reports being released. If customer pays by check, we do not deposit check until after the report has been completed and sent.
