- $375.00 to $675.00 fixed fee (single family home or condo)
We make every effort to save the client money and time. No two properties are alike, nor are the needs of the client, so a fixed price is not an option. We research the property and define the clients needs to find the fastest and most cost effective report format to meet the requirements on each assignment. Real Estate Brokers & Agents - Residential
- 5.00 to 6.00 percent of sale
Our sales commissions are on par with industry norms, but we are more than willing to discuss your specific situation, and adjust accordingly. Our service, however, is never compromised.
