What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Make sure you find an inspector you trust and are comfortable using. Ask friends and relatives who they have used and ask your Realtor which companies they like. For this size of a purchase you are going to want the most trusted opinions to help protect yourself and your home.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

We spend a lot of time raising funds for John Hopkins All Children's Hospital. For actual work, we do more Home Inspections for buyers than anything else.

We no longer print our reports, it's all digital now. Even our calendars, schedules, agreements, receipts are all digital. We recycle, mostly at home since we don't do much in an office. We have re-usable drink containers.

I would like everyone to know we will treat you fair. I really appreciate when I get honest input so I always give honest output.

What is your company best known for?

Sticking to the proper inspection guidelines. Nobody needs an inspectors comments on a houses value, or the color of the walls. These are not things we are trained or hired for. Properly informing the client about the home they are purchasing is the best thing we can do.

Our ethics and ongoing training. Both of these are vital to success. We adhere to a higher standard than the state of Florida requires.

We are teamed up with RecallCheck. Every full home inspection comes with services and warranties from this company. They check for and keep track of recalls on your home appliances, this includes kitchen appliances as well as the air conditioning, water heater, etc. There a roof protection warranty, SewerGuard warranty, MoldSafe warranty just to name a few.
