A: Advocate Property Inspections conducts home inspections on condos, townhomes, and single-family homes. We also conduct investment property inspections as a third party for move in, move out, and annual intervals. We build custom templates based on individual investors and for property management companies. Advocate Property Inspections also perform system or project specific inspections to ensure that the work has been done in a professional manner and that installations conform to current building and manufacturer standards.

How We Charge For Our Services
Home Inspection Services
- $225.00 to $295.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $495.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $495.00 to $595.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $295.00 to $395.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
All inspections include moisture evaluation of doors and windows and interior IR camera. Prices can vary based on additional services requested, one story vs two story or on the homes age (over 50 YO.) All prices are based on total square footage of the home.

Pool - Inspection
- $150.00 to $250.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $75.00 to $100.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Residential Pool Inspections are discounted when offered with a home inspection. Commercial pool inspection fees depend on age and equipment.
