Advocate Property Inspections conducts home inspections on condos, townhomes, and single-family homes. We also conduct investment property inspections as a third party for move in, move out, and annual intervals. We build custom templates based on individual investors and for property management companies. Advocate Property Inspections also perform system or project specific inspections to ensure that the work has been done in a professional manner and that installations conform to current building and manufacturer standards.
