- $375.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $475.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $475.00 to $1,300.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $400.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Still depends on the square footage, please call for more details

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $175.00 per hour for on-site sampling
- $125.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $175.00 to $550.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
