Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: I would suggest that you contact not less than 3 companies and select the company you believe will best support the needs of your organization.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: The most common type of service we provide is consultation. Most clients who contact us are doing so because something has happened and they are unsure of how to deal with it.

Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A: We are 100% remote so we do not use supplies and we use environmentally friendly technology whenever possible.

Q: What would you like your customers to know about your company?
A: We care about them and we work in HR not because we need to work, but because we love what we do. You will always be our number one priority.

Q: What is your company best known for?
A: We are most known for our proficiency and responsiveness.

Q: What separates your company from the competition?
A: Our priority is the needs of our client, not expanding our business.

Q: Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: We offer a warranty for our own work; however, we will not warrant decisions made by a business owner that is opposition to what we advised or were not a part of.

Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: The most frequent question we get is related to cost. Our answer is dependent upon their needs and ability to pay.

Q: Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?
A: Absolutely- we are grateful for the sacrifices made by our veterans and we deeply respect our senior citizens as well.

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: We recently wrote employment contracts and created an on-boarding program for a company in California. The only challenge we had was the availability of the business owner who contracted us to do the work. The cost was 80% less than what would be typical for a consultant, but for us it's more about doing what we love than how much we make.

A: Adhocratic HR is not currently a member of any associations.

A: We accept all forms of payment.

How We Charge For Our Services
Benefits Administrators
- $50.00 to $75.00 per hour
- $2,500.00 to $5,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
We work out a fee agreement that meets the needs of our customers. We are passionate about what we do and enjoy the work we contract to complete.

Coaching - Business & Executive
- $50.00 to $75.00 per hour
We work out a fee agreement that meets the needs of our customers. We are passionate about what we do and enjoy the work we contract to complete.

Drug and Alcohol Testing - Screening
- $20.00 to $50.00 per test
We work out a fee agreement that meets the needs of our customers; however, our rate would be in addition to the costs charged by the test providers.

Drug and Alcohol Testing - Training
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 fixed fee - flat rate
We work out a fee agreement that meets the needs of our customers;however, we work remotely and while the aforementioned charge would remain the same, any travel required to conduct business on site would be charged to the client in addition to the per hour or per visit cost.

Employee Development & Training
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $20.00 to $25.00 per employee
- $1,500.00 to $2,000.00 per visit / by session
We work out a fee agreement that meets the needs of our customers. With that said, we work remotely and while the aforementioned charge would remain the same, any travel required to conduct business on site would be charged to the client in addition to the per hour, per employee or per visit cost.
