How We Charge For Our Services
|
Attorneys - Bankruptcy
- $1.00 per hour
Each case is unique with a different set of issues and my billing is reflected in each unique case. I do not bill by the hour for Bankruptcy cases.

Attorneys - Civil Law & Litigation
- $200.00 to $400.00 per hour
Each case is different with a different set of issues. I do some of these cases on a flat fee depending on the different issues involved in the case

Attorneys - Estate Planning, Trusts, Wills
- $300.00 to $1,500.00 per hour
I charge a flat fee of $300 for a will. I charge a flat fee of $500 if you want the estate planning package which includes Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, and Will. I charge a flat fee of $1,500 for trusts.

Attorneys - Family Law & Divorce
- $250.00 to $350.00 per hour
I bill on an hourly rate for all family law matters. If there is an uncontested divorce I bill at $1,500 flat fee. However, if there is a contested divorce I require a retainer of $3,500 and I bill at my hourly rate against the retainer. I require that once the retainer has reached $1,000, that it be replenished to the $3,500.

Each case is different and I may require a retainer, a flat fee, or a contingency fee.

- $250.00 to $350.00 per hour
Each case is different and I may require a retainer, a flat fee, or a contingency fee

Attorneys - Personal Injury
- 33.00 to 40.00 percent of settlement (contingency)
All personal Injury cases I handle will be billed under a contingency fee agreement.
