How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $214.00 to $249.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $314.00 to $399.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $414.00 to $449.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $314.00 to $349.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Credit Card Payments Accepted and Prefered
Payment is made at the end of the inspection via PayPal credit card reader.
PayPal is the safest way to complete credit card transaction.

Cash Payments Accepted at Point of Service.
Checks only accepted if absolutely necessary.
All checks must clear BEFORE your inspection report is given to you. This can take up to 5 business days. If the check does not clear you will not be given your inspection report resulting in the voiding of all information gathered during the inspection.
