What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Understanding how to deal with a mold problem properly and safety has only recently come into the light. Why hire an inspector instead of just a remediation company that can test and take care of the problem? My purpose is to find if there is any conditions for mold and what would be causing those conditions. Then find the extent of the issue. The reason is protect the customer from any unnecessary charges from the remediation company. Several states have adopted laws for this exact reason, to protect the customer. Having a separation from inspection and remediation allows the customer to rest easy that the mold issue will be taken care of to the full extend and not have to worry about mold coming back from the same issue.
