What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

A general home inspection is a visual inspection for system and major accessible component defects and safety issues. The inspection is not technically exhaustive. A home inspection is designed to reflect, as accurately as possible, the visible condition of the home at the time of the inspection.
Prices vary depending on the level of commitment an inspector offers clients. As with AT Inspections, we offer more value for the current pricing that will ensure any home-buyer or home-seller far more for what is paid for an inspection. We also offer Realtors a variety of reasons to choose AT Inspections.
AT Inspections is more than a home inspections. We offer included warranties, specific guarantees (following the policy of the guarantees), backing by some of the largest home inspection networks within the country. We also offer purchasable individual items such as an extended RWS home warranty and RecallChek. Choose wisely, as this is one of the largest investments made.

- $150.00 to $350.00 fixed fee (level 3 inspection)

- $350.00 to $550.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $600.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $800.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $575.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)

- $400.00 to $800.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
